In-Line General Construction a year agoI have a tile roof on an older home in Sugarhouse. Last summer a tree branch fell and broke a single trim tile which I knew had to be fixed. I called around and could not get anyone to even respond. Last month, we were referred to In-Line by our realtor as we consider placing our home on the market. I reached out to Tim. I had asked that he do a full roof inspection which he did. José was onsite the next day and took pictures of several areas of concern including several broken or cracked tiles that should be replaced. The quote was very reasonable for replacing all broken and cracked tiles. He also included some general “re-fastening” of lose tiles. The work was concluded a couple of days later by José (who did the inspection work). I was shown photos of both before and after the work so I could see how all the replaced tiles looked. I was able to pay via Venmo which was extremely convenient. José was extremely professional and even spent time explaining to me how you can walk on a tile roof safely. I now know how to get up there without potentially breaking tiles and know where I can and cannot step. I am completely satisfied with the speed, quality, pricing/billing and the professionalism of the work when performed.

Craythorne Construction 5 years agoTheir drivers in our subdivision drive way to fast! They drive these big dirt hualing trucks and have to smoke there brakes on a curve because they drive to fast!

AMSConstruction 4 months agoAMS Construction finished our basement and we are beyond pleased. Great communication between Adam and Justin (Project Manager) throughout the process and they took our (1300 sq ft) basement from bare bones to ready for flooring in just 2 months. Framed, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, insulation, drywall, paint, and finishing. We did the flooring ourselves. They had team(s) on site every work day in a coordinated effort to get the job done quickly and with high quality. You hear about contractors who take the money and either don’t show up, or take forever to get the job done, but AMS focused on our basement from start to finish with no gaps in work. We highly recommend them for any work you need done.

LaytonScape 9 months agoI needed a couple of concolor fir trees to replace some of that were blown over by strong winds. This was basically the only place in the region that had any, of any quality, that you wouldn’t have to give your firstborn child for. They were really great to work with, returning calls promptly, and meeting me to pick out the ones I wanted. I would highly recommend them to anyone! The new trees look great in my yard.
