Do yourself a favor and don’t cancel the service like me. Tried saving some money, well it’s July and my weedless grass for the last 7+ years has weeds everywhere and is not healthy. I have signed back up 😂 look forward to healthy grass again

GOT”CHA BILLING! Watch your wallets! Frodsham came to our home offering their annual package of yard fertilizer, aeration, and pest control services. I opted for their services for the entire year, costing around $500. They fulfilled their promise, showing up and delivering their services as scheduled. However, upon evaluation, I concluded that managing quarterly fertilization for my yard’s size would be a more economical approach and I failed to observe any significant improvement in weed control performed by Frodsham. Consequently, I made a decision not to simply discontinue their services. Despite this, Frodsham unexpectedly conducted two or three additional treatments the following year while I was absent. Without my permission or renewed commitment, I was persistently harrassed with voicemails, texts, and emails over two months for payment of these unwanted services. When I asked to see a copy of the agreed-upon terms of service, I was told that no such document existed. Instead, they referred to fine print on my invoice stating they would persist in their services until explicitly requested to cease. Given that I had paid in advance for an entire year, I assumed my commitment was for that year alone. Despite my explanation, Frodsham showed little understanding or care for my perspective, preferring to focus on recouping the $265 fee rather than preserving a healthy customer relationship. It’s a shame. I’ve since paid the unwanted invoices, and will strongly warn others against this GLOBO-GYM style of billing and services.

I prepaid two years in a row for service. Without additional agreement for service they continued to service my lawn and invoiced me for it. When informing them I did not want to pay for services that were not wanted or requested the owner, MaryAnn was very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I cannot say enough good about this business! We have used them for around five years (possibly even more, I’ve lost track of time) and have never had a single issue with them. They come when they say, they are on top of things, they are upfront about their prices and our lawn has become better and better with every passing year. I would highly recommend using them for the long term, as there is no magic fix and it just takes time and someone who knows what they’re doing to make your lawn healthy and look amazing. And that is exactly what Frodshams will do if you give them the chance!
