Our metal stove has been smoking up our house every time we make a fire so we called FallsTown LLC to check it out for us. They were able to find the problem after just 20 minutes and they explained to us the necessary repairs and installations that were necessary to bring our fireplace back up to code. We could tell how knowledgeable and experienced these guys were so we accepted their estimate and they delivered. We can finally use our fireplace again, thank you so much!

They did a fantastic job cleaning out and worked with our schedule well! During the cleaning they found a repair that needed to be done and did it on the spot. Who knows what could have happened if they weren’t being so careful. They didn’t make any mess and were careful and the ash the whole time

They make you pick the amount of “technicians” for the job. If you don’t fall for that, then be prepared to watch the workers (high school students) you hired to sit around raking in $33/hour. The owner needs to go back to school to understand how a business works and how to manage his team.
