I’ll give a 2* as they did a good job when they actually showed up. Started off good, they gave a quote for my yard and was super quick and professional BUT that was the only good professional thing they did. Upon time to mow my yard, it took them a day to get to me after my scheduled day to tell me they pushed me back till the Monday to follow which they did not even get to my house till 2 days later. After that no communication was given and when it came to mowing again I got no communication till the start of the following week with excuses on why they didn’t communicate and why they didn’t mow. Now I get emergencies and un-foreseen circumstances but when I have to ping you multiple times to get a response that’s a big red flag. On top of this I reached out and said I no longer wanted to move forward with our services as communication and timeliness was awful one of the owners said they can process a refund. WHELP it has now been a week since they could send a refund for only half the services supplied and no response has been given. Consider their negative reviews and their positive review an earlier review said they had a communication issue yet I still went through and I’m currently experiencing communication issues trying to get a refund for services that weren’t supplied. Again 2 star as the quote process and the one mow they did was great but besides that, they’re very poor at communicating, they miss mow dates, they come really late in the day as well and when they have people that have issues they ignore you. Figured since they wanted to ignore me they can get a bad review. Be careful.

Baker Brothers just finished up my yard. WOW is all I can say. My yard looks amazing. It hasn’t looked like this since my late husband cared for it. I HIGHLY recommend Baker Brothers you will not be disappointed. I am so glad I found them.

I visited with Baker Brothers Lawn Care by phone today. Although they don’t service my area, the person was very courteous and helpful with questions I had regarding weeding and feeding my lawn. If they ever expand their service to Mineola, I will definitely sign up for their lawn maintenance.

They can handle small jobs like mowing all the way up to big jobs like landscaping. Will definitely hire again.

I reached out to Baker Brothers in November 2022 and they came out, looked at what I wanted done and gave me a quote. They did half of the job and said they would be back after all the leaves fell to remove all leaves from the property (the main thing I wanted done with so many trees in my yard) They never returned. I reached out multiple times and Brian would give different excuses: they are short handed, they only have one work vehicle, they are super busy, etc. I trusted this man by his word and paid him almost $1500.00. They also left my driveway full of limbs through Christmas weekend. It has now been over 5 months and he will not respond to any messages or calls. I don’t recommend this company at all.

I was thoroughly impressed with the Baker Brothers Lawn Care! I had about 4inches of weed that had over taken my lawn. The previous person who I paid did not do anywhere near the attention to detail that the Baker Brothers did. Compared to other yards in my community mines definitely stood our. I am highly pleased and he did most of the work with just a weed eater!
