We had used their services for approximately 2-3 years; but in recent months, we feel the level of service we receive has decreased significantly. Christian, who covers the New Braunfels area, has been rushing our treatments. We received both mosquito and weed control treatments; but even after their return visits, we were still getting bitten quite frequently and still had crabgrass which is covered in their weed control service. We have a quarter acre lot, and Christian spends on average about two minutes spraying the entire lot, including the time it takes him to unload and load the equipment. He rushes the job, and we noticed through our cameras that he fails to spray the entire perimeter of our house. We contacted the owners about our concerns a few times, but they appeared to disregard them. Christian was also caught numerous times lying to both us and the owners. This led us to switch over to Lemonade Pest and after our first service we had with them, we found them to be thorough in their work with the owner and his team going out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. Happy to be done with the terrible service. I advise staying away if you live in New Braunfels. Such a shame we wasted all that money!

I am absolutely thrilled with the recent landscaping work done by Dennis Hernandez and his team. From the beginning, he exhibited professionalism, understood my request, and was very knowledgeable about what would work well for my project. The initial consultation was both informative and reassuring, setting the stage for a smooth project. What impressed me most was the efficiency and respect the crew demonstrated throughout the project. They were punctual and meticulous and went above and beyond to minimize disruption to our daily lives. The work area was kept tidy, reflecting their professionalism. I switched from TruGreen to Lawn Doctor 1st for my mosquito control a few years ago. Based on the personal service I received I then switched to their lawn care service as well. The owners strive to provide the best possible service. I highly recommend Lawn Doctor.

Lawn Doctor has serviced my lawn for several years. They show up 7x a year. My neighbors comment on my yard often. The best part is no weeds. I had trouble with one part of my yard a couple of years ago. They were on it and coordinated with my mowing company with a plan.

I am a lawn care professional with 22 years experience in the lawn and landscaping maintenance industry and also a licensed commercial applicator providing weed controls as a competitor to Lawn Doctor. I have never met the owner nor have I ever spoken to him, but I can attest that Lawn Doctor does a great job and knows what they are doing. My company only provides these services to our lawn maintenance customers, but to anyone else that calls us and asks I send them to Lawn Doctor. They use the best products on the market to provide the best & longest lasting results; I know because I recognize the results. I’ve walked many lawns serviced by Lawn Doctor & I can usually tell it’s their work or mine and I can also tell when it’s not. Perhaps I’ll get the pleasure to meet them one day as well. God bless !!
