Have not used this business yet. I called on Monday and asked for an estimate for trimming my trees. The ladies I spoke with at the office were very nice and courteous. They made an appointment for me with Ryan Payne for that Friday afternoon. Ryan texted me 20 minutes before his arrival on that Friday. My wife and I were very impressed with his knowledge of trees as he proceeded to point out all the unnecessary branches that are hindering the growth of the trees. It was great preliminary experience with Augusta. I had my trees trimmed on 4/29. Cody and Spencer were at house just before 8 am. They did an excellent job! It took them all day and they worked very hard. They cleaned up after the worked was done. I am very happy with the results! Will certainly use Augusta again if needed. Highly recommend them!

I’m very particular with my yard and landscaping, releasing any control over any part was scary and caused anxiety… until their crew showed up to resod. At first I watched closely from indoors but soon walked away impressed and confident the yard was in capable hands. I haven’t looked back since. In fact I added a lawn treatment contract. Office staff, crews, everyone is a joy.

I called Augusta Lawn Care regarding some much-needed Leaf Clean Up. My initial phone call of inquiring about the job was very accommodating. Ryan Payne was the estimator that came out to access the job. I was impressed with the text I received from him letting me know ETA and then calling me after his arrival. He gave me a couple of suggestions for me to consider which I very much appreciated!! I feel confident after talking to him that Augusta Lawn Care is the right company for me…Thank You Ryan!
