Unbelievable poor customer service. I waited several weeks for them to even come look at my yard. I followed up and called them back – on line for almost 5 minutes before Shuan told me he couldn’t find anything on me or my house. Obviously, id never have them treat my yard now.

After two years of regular service. As well as purchasing additional services to augment the applications. Not only did I not see any improvement. The weeds increased.

Terrible service, hired for weed and grass control and only sprayed for weeds my yard is full of dallis and crab grass???

I’ve used Lawn Tech for several years. My yard looks good. The advanced notice about upcoming service and an online description of the lawn treatment application is appreciated. I’m satisfied with the service.

I had to give 1 ⭐️ in order to write a scathing review. Otherwise, I would have given Lawn Tech MINUS 10 stars. I could have just dittoed everything Sid wrote in his review. They absolutely ruined our front lawn. The first year we used them we were very pleased. The second and absolutely last year (2023) the lawn looked worse with every treatment. It looked so bad, the tech quit putting their sign in our yard after the treatment. I called several times throughout the season and got no satisfaction. Sure wish I had one of their signs so our neighbors could see who NOT to use.

Stephen is AMAZING! He goes beyond the call of duty every single time! He’s notice some patches of grass that needed treatment and he was able to correct the issue. He’s very trustworthy. I can’t recommend Lawn Tech enough!!

We used Lawn Tech for many years across two homes so I feel I am qualified to write this review. This company was sold to a national company in 2021 and it shows. This spring our entire St. Augustine lawn died and has not come back. They came out multiple times since the start of the year and never once mentioned that the lawn had a disease (service reports in November, Feb, March mentioned nothing). Then we called them in April when all of our neighbors lawns had turned green to see what was going on. Miles the district manager came out and told us that we had a fungus infestation and our entire lawn needed to be redone with new sod in it. This is a cost of at least $6000). Later on a call, not only did he refused to admit that they had anything to do with this or work with me on the plan ahead. When I requested to cancel service, he rudely hung up the phone – while screaming on his associate Cooper to “Cancel the account right now”. So if you want to have rude customer service where you might be yelled at, dead lawn that will cost you thousands of dollars or generally pay for nothing this is your place. If not, there are many better local and national providers with better reviews.

I had lawn tech aeorate my . Lawn. When the worker left without notifying me. I found later that had torn several large swaths out my lawn. When I sent pics to the co. they understanding and sent some to look at it and came back the day after to out dirt on the barren spots. Again they left without telling me. The next day I walked my lawn to inspect, in doing so I found a mangled drain fixture that the original worked tossed to the de my house. I called the co. again and a couple days later someone came by to pick it up. About week later I called to see what was up. They then showed up to install it and, again, left without my knowledge. It appeared that it was installed incorrectly. Their response was that the co. Who originally put it in did it wrong. When I suggested that it worked better before and was not visible as it is now, they disagreed. When I asked if they could beistsken they said no. That was the end…they hung up I suggest that if have something you done in your , don’t asked 5hese guys to do anything that requires thought. They can probably mow, or spray. But, I do not recommend anything further.
