They did a great job of mowing and taking care of the lawn and ensured everything looked well after they were finished. However, I signed up with them in March and agreed upon the weekly/bi-weekly price for mowing. Two months later, in May, they raised the price by 34%! Beware – they lure you in with a good rate and then jack up the price in the middle of the season. That’s not how you treat your customers. You raise rates at the beginning of the season, not in the middle of the summer, and definitely not a couple of months after you sign a new customer.

Submitted numerous requests for service scheduling from the business. Not one response was received. Their phone is answered by an AI assistant that just takes your information.

I had landscaping done. New sod, landscaping rock and small boulders. Installation was a little slow since installer has to work it in after other lawn services. Audi was easy to work with and very accommodating.

This lawn care service is so exceptional! Each and every member of the staff that I have spoken with, either in-person or by phone, has displayed the most professional and friendly care. The on-site workers are efficient, yet thorough, and are always on-time. I highly recommend this service!

First time receiving their services. They just blew the clippings against the fence instead of cleaning them up. I had to go rake them up myself. Didn’t sweep off sidewalk in front of property. Edit: just went out back to throw out trash and noticed they blew grass clippings all over my vehicle as well. Will now have to hose off my vehicle. Pretty disappointed with this service. Not a great first impression. The grass was cut but that’s about it. No clean up was done. Blowing clippings around is not cleaning up. Edit 2: account name is under David Hubert. All I can say is that the owner went above and beyond today. He helped me when I was in a bind with a client. He stopped, took time out of his day and helped me tackle the issue at hand. A solid and genuine person. People like this are hard to find. I tried to pay him for his help, he told me to “Pay it forward”. I love that, we live by that same philosophy.

*Reply to businesses response* I can’t control the miscommunication on the businesses end that led to no-show #1. As it took me having to call the office to confirm why no one showed up or else it would have gone unnoticed. We were away from our phones at the moment you arrived and didn’t see a call. Giving us 5 minutes to answer a random number before leaving without knocking at the door is not what I would expect. The communication with the company was very “unique”. *Original review* Tried to work with this company but they no showed twice after confirming times with me that we planned our day around with our two toddlers. Interesting way of doing business to say the least
