Working in the office, I get a behind the scenes look at how much thought, care, intention, and planning goes into each project. Evan, Priscilla, Keith and Freddy truly care about the customers and contractors they work with, and only want the best for each client! They are wonderful listeners, and have many samples and thoughts to share to make your project exactly what you are looking for and so much more!!

Town Center Floors 5 months agoWe replaced about 1100 sq ft of flooring. Amber and Carl are really responsive and a pleasure to work with. Carl explained everything in detail and answered all our questions patiently. Miguel and team did a high quality job. They started the job on time and finished on time. Thanks a lot.

Simplicity Home Pros 2 months agoI initially saw the ad for I need a shower on television. I contacted them and Terry came to my house and made his presentation without pressure (Thanks). Their price was so reasonable I was able to afford two showers. James installed each one. He was very respectful of my house. He cleaned up each day he was there. He completed each shower in 2 days. Due to a minor misunderstanding I am waiting for a shelf, but Steve assured me when it came in James would come back to install. I would definitely recommend I need a shower. Their prices and products are the best UP DATE!!!!! May 7, 2024 It has been six months and I am still waiting for my shower foot rest. I have contacted Steve several times and each time he said he would get it done. I am 62 and I have a very hard time trying to balance on one leg while shaving the other. This is my last attempt before contacting the BBB to help with the situation. If you are thinking about going with this company PLEASE GET ALL THE WORK COMPLETED BEFORE PAYING because you will not hear from them again.

Remodeling Professionals 5 months agoBe cautious, read agreements thoroughly, words have meanings….wasted money. After cruising The Good Contractors List, I found Remodeling Professionals and decided to give them a shot. I received a call back from Gary. He then scheduled an appointment to come out and give us a quote. Gary mentioned that he does not quote finishes, my response is I need the total package. He then recommended ‘Design Services’ that his company can provide to help us with the design and to get everything picked out. This process took much longer than anticipated but we fought through it. The Remodeling Professional team entered our selections into ‘Build Book’ app for our approval. I quickly approved our choices. Communication then went dead for weeks to the point where I just said forget about it. I then received a call from Gary that stated that he responded to my message with a reaction (apparently customers do not get notified when this happens, the reason I said forget it). So, continuing on, Gary sent the contract for signature. I was apprehensive at first because of the cost but finally decided, let’s do this! I was going through the virtual process of accepting the agreement when I got to the last page that states customer will supply and is responsible for all finishes and they weren’t even included in the price. At this point I am beyond frustrated and extremely irritated. I spoke with Gary and asked why this happened. He then reiterated that he doesn’t quote finishes. I then said why in the heck did I spend $950 on ‘Design Services’ if you aren’t going to include our choices in the contract. The whole experience was terrible, and we are out $950 for some scribbles.
