They do a good job keeping the grass green. They came out every six weeks to treat the lawn and keep the weeds out. Wanted to charge me extra to treat a certain type of weed. Initial agreement was that they would “kill the weeds.” Bait and switch approach to weeds. I would stay away from this company, they change the rules, in the middle of an agreement. The lady on the phone made no attempt to keep me as a customer.

Bruce Granger’s business, located in Fulshear, has been providing excellent service in the Katy area and West Houston for many years. We appreciate the work provided by Marlene and Bruce, who have also been helpful with any lawn questions.

I did the ant control and the flea and tick this year and I have not had to give my dogs any harsh flea chemicals like Comfortis or advantage this year! Also, we have not had any ants, and the kids have been able to enjoy the backyard without getting ant bites! The lawn looks great. I am very pleased with all the services.!

I have recently started to use NaturaLawn. My initial interactions with their owner (Bruce) and technician (Oscar) have been great. Bruce was very transparent with their service and price. Oscar was careful with treating the Lawn and was friendly. I hope the results will also be great. Update: I have seen an improvement in my lawn this spring. Our technical is still very effective and friendly. I also enjoyed receiving information about soil test and other lawn care tips. I will definitely recommend this business for your lawn care needs.

I used this company years ago. I wasn’t impressed with their service and didn’t see any impact on my lawn, so I canceled my contract with them. The worst thing is that you can’t get rid of them. They call you hundred times, leave voice messages, text you, email you offering their services. It is HARRASEMENT. I personally called them to ask to be removed from their calling list. It worked for a week but they just started calling again. They have an old fashioned way of telemarketing. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this poorly managed companies that lack of simple concept of respect Nov 17/2022 Five years later after contracting & canceling their services, I still get their annoying text messages offering working on my lawn. What a poor way of market your services. Harassing customers is not going to get you any business.

Have been using them for 5 years now on our challenging tifway bermuda. Switched to mowing with a reel mower and overall yard is lush and thick even with this crazy drought this summer. Occasionally have a challenge with a few weeds and they have come out to address.

my lawn has continually thinned since starting to use them, i called them out last week to look at my grass, they came up with multiple excuses, my neighbors grass looks great but they do not use this company, we laid 7 pallets of new Sod at my other home on cypress meadows, and the lawn has huge dead spots in it now, i even had grass die in my flower beds that i had not sprayed with round up yet (as of 3-30-22)……. something is defiantly wrong, i have halted any more applications till we figure out what is happening….. Buyer Be Ware , read all comments , ive posted 3 years worth of pics of the front lawn, …… look at the decline in grass, the aint control works great, but you can see for yourself the lawn decline. After nearly a year of treatment yard is still full of healthy weeds, fire ant condominiums, cinch bugs, brown patch and dead areas. The yard is only 2 years old. It takes the guy 2 minutes to fertilize a large yard, yeah right. That’s the reason I have poor results, no attention to details. Everybody is nice tho.

I am disappointed with this company. We had Kevin who was great and did everything to bring our lawn back to life. We have since requested him. Unfortunately they keep sending others especially one in particular who we did not want to come back as he got upset and told us off when I asked why he treated the lawn in less than 5 minutes and did not cover much. No matter how many times they promise to send Kevin out it never happens. We gave up and cancelled. (Besides we are paying for the service).

We have always had the ugliest lawn on the street. 🙁 However, after putting out lawn in the hands of NaturaLawn, we have the most beautiful lush green lawn I’ve ever seen. I am shocked each time I drive up to the house.
