Do not use Ryno for Sprinkler service. They outsource to a 3rd party. Charge you an outrageous service fee to diagnose your problem and the want you to schedule another appointment to fix the issue. Not worth the time, trouble or expense.

I located Ryno on a Google search. After reading some of the reviews I hired them to do a full maintenance. My yard was well overdue for some love. The service included 4 workers as expected. The men were quick, respectful of my property and did a wonder job. All large weed removal, hedge clean up, jazz grass cut down and shape, mowing and even flower bed clean up. I’m impressed and look forward to continue using them. I would also recommend to them in the future.

I have been using Ryno for many years. They do a great job and with the full service I have the only weed free yard on the block. While out of town I got movement alerts on camera, but it was the wind blowing a plastic bag around the yard. I was concerned when it landed in the pool that it would clog the skimmer. Not to worry, the crew there that day used the net to remove leaves and the bag. This is a great company.

I started using Ryno Lawn Care back in April to mow my yard. I was initially nervous about not getting a chance to meet them in person to talk about my yard, but had no reason to be. They do a wonderful job and are very responsive about delays. For special instructions, I just made a call to the office and the changes were made. There were a couple of sprinkler heads that were broken from the yard work (it happens), but when I placed a call to ask them to repair, it was a very easy fix. I just sent a few pictures and an irrigation crew came out to make the fixes. It was a wonderful surprise to have someone be willing to help so readily and efficiently. You can’t be the value!

We used RYNO for a little over a year. The grass looks better than ever, but a few things left a bad taste. 1. We called and e-mailed requesting quotes for installing sod and never heard back from them. 2. When we cancelled our service in the first week of June, they credited us back only half of the month. Again, a good, expensive lawn care service but customer service was less than what we expected.

Ryno is the best lawn service I’ve used since moving into this house. Their customer service is helpful and prompt, and their team always does an excellent job. I use them for lawn care and shrub maintenance. They trimmed everything and hauled away the waste. Can’t recommend enough!
