First off I’ve got to say that Complete Lawn care Saenz & co took my call, gave me an immediate estimate and booked me for the next day after 5pm after numerous calls to other large companies who just gave me the runaround. Talk about great customer service. I scheduled a move out cleanup of the property. There was so much sand embedded in the artificial grass that i didn’t think it would ever come out and now it looks brand new. Luis Alonso did a fantastic job on my front and back yard everything from sand removal to stain removal on my walkway. I will for sure be using Complete lawn care again in my new residence. If you’re looking for great landscaping at a competitive price look no further.

I contacted the company for a quote. Raul Saenz came to see what I needed and left me a quote. He asked me to text him to see if I wanted the service. The next day I texted him and didnt hear from him. A couple days later I called him and he said he had not seen my message but then after looking through his messages he said he missed it. He said he would contact me to tell me when they could start. Its been a week and has not called me to say when they can start. Its been 2 weeks since my estimate. Thats crazy that they want your business but ignore you. Guess its time to look elsewhere.

Today I witnessed an older man driving one of your vehicles try and run a smaller car off the road, he almost hit the other driver! Remind your employees that they are representing your company when they are driving around with your number and logo plastered all over their trucks. Not a good look.

Complete Lawn Care (Mario) has come out twice to service different sprinkler system leaks. Mario explained clearly what work was done. Also, made recommendation on lawn care. I thought the fee was reasonable.

By far, this is the best company I have used. They responded to my inquiry and scheduled service quickly for a giant mulberry tree removal. They were on time as scheduled. They worked efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Their pricing was reasonable. They also went through with extra clean up on our roof when they saw it needed attention from too many pine needles. They completed all work in a reasonable amount of time without needing to come back for another day. I definitely would use them again.
