After reading positive reviews, I hired Lewis to mow our backyard, which greatly improved its appearance. We were satisfied and wanted to continue using his services for our yard maintenance. However, when I asked him to remove existing sod and plant emerald green arborvitae on our side yard, there were several issues. He initially agreed to bring 1-gallon plants but ended up bringing smaller ones. Despite promising to find larger ones, he failed to deliver. Eventually, my husband purchased the plants online, which Lewis seemed uncomfortable with. When I asked for a quote for planting, he didn’t respond promptly and later claimed discomfort with the online purchase. Due to this inconvenience and lack of professionalism, we decided to end our business relationship with him. Although I had previously recommended him to others, I no longer endorse his services due to his uncooperative attitude.
