I’ve decided to try and get my lawn in order this summer but my sprinkler system hasn’t worked since I bought the house over 2 years ago. After calling Top Choice Lawn Care, within a week they sent someone over to give me a quote, got me scheduled and completely fixed my sprinkler system. The entire time I worked with Greg who showed up in the planned window of service, took the time to explain what he was doing, and showed me how to use my system. 5/5 would recommend

If I could give Top Choice less than 1 star I would. We initially signed on with Wellspring Lawn Services about a year ago (we were always very happy with Wellspring). Several months ago Wellspring was acquired by Top Choice. Since their acquisition Top Choices level of service has diminished. The list goes on and on from missed appointments to dropped services that were initially included when we were Wellspring customers (i.e. weekly spraying for weeds). We also experienced great difficulty reaching someone with Top Choice live on the phone (always pushed to VM or email). The straw that broke the camels back was an email I received from Top Choice earlier this week indicating our weekly service price was increasing by 35% Sounds fair to me, increased pricing for poor/less service – NOT! In their email Top Choice cited that Wellsprings pricing to us a year ago was inaccurate. What a great business plan, you acquire a company (assuming you felt the organization was solidly run) and then you trash them in an email to customers. What a tackless thing to do Top Choice management staff. Bottom line, IMO if you’re looking for a lawn care provider Top Choice should not be your top choice…

I am extremely happy with the yard service recently completed by Top Choice Lawn Care. Weeds were pulled, bushes were trimmed, leaves were removed, the native areas were cleaned up and the debris was removed. The landscaping is all refreshed and looks brand new! They worked so hard until the job was finished to my satisfaction. Additionally, the crew had a pleasant attitude and professional. Thank you very much for s job well done.

Requested a quote on their website. I received 14 calls from them during the workday the next day before I had to block their numbers. Even the 2 I was able to answer, there was no one on the other end and they hung up.

Greg from Top Choice Lawn Care recently came out to fix an irrigation wire I had accidentally cut while doing some yard work. He did a fantastic job, got everything working again quickly, and even went above and beyond to fix a couple of other small issues while he was here (raising a head and replacing a couple of wonky nozzles). I very much appreciate the attention to detail and high quality service!

Lisa’s crew installed major landscaping, aerated the lawn and applied top soil. A big job that took a day and a half and they were meticulous the whole way through. My yard is gorgeous! Thank you all so much!!

Update: I contacted Top Choice at 6:00 (after hours) regarding a question/concern about my lawn. John returned my call at 7:30 the next morning. I appreciate his efficient response, professionalism, and expertise! Still highly recommend Top Choice. Top Choice does my weekly lawn maintenance and they just did a landscaping project for me. They always do a fantastic job. Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful in coordinating my landscaping project and Derrick did an outstanding job repairing my irrigation system. I highly recommend Top Choice!

Terrible company. We have only been working with them for the last few months, but EVERY time they have come they have continuously done a poor job at very simple landscaping maintenance, ie mowing the grass. In addition to that, they leave debris all across the yard. When we’ve asked them why that is they say it’s another charge to clean up after their team. Beware. This company only cares about getting you in as a customer then up charging you on things that are standard with ANY other landscaping company. Would not recommend
