4 days agoUnfortunately, I had to cancel service for personal reasons. Michael took my call and was absolutely amazing. He made me feel appreciated and heard as a customer. Rest assured, when I’m ready to restart service, I’ll be heading back and it’s mostly because of Michael. Customer service was above and beyond!!!

6 days agoThe crews do a good job. Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience with their front-facing office staff, which has affected the services provided, which is the reason for the low rating. I signed a proposal committing to at least 12 weeks of having my front and back yards mowed. Due to clerical errors, over six weeks, my back yard has only been mowed once. So far, it has taken roughly ten calls, emails, and texts to try to get them to fix the problem, with no luck. They are not providing the services guaranteed via the proposal that I signed.

3 weeks agoI just relocated from Dallas and my home needed serious attention. I wanted to battle my lawn not the HOA so after a few calls Katt and Michael bearded my Business. They were able to get a crew out who really did a great job. I couldn’t thank them enough and they were able to get them out the next day. Thank you so much and I’ll see you next week

a month agoI gave them chance after chance because the front office is nice but the lawn cutters are flat out malicious. I thought at first it was incompetence but when you add up all the facts, it has it has to be intentional. Firstly, they destroyed of all my solar LED lights that were installed around my tree by knocking, mowing over and breaking them. Those solar lights were a gift to me from my sister for my housewarming so they can never be replaced. Secondly, they caused all kinds of rips and holes into my garden holes, which were always hung up, hosed up out of their way. There is no excuse. Another issue is they would constantly miss appointments. It would be late in the day so I would call to see if they were in route in the office and the office records showed that they should have visited my home already. One of the times, I just wanted to see what was gonna happen if I hadn’t called into the office because it’s not my job to remind them to come and cut my yard and sure enough they never came and when I called the office the next day they had marked off that they had completed my yard so the office has to reverse that charge that was going to be put on my account and that was one of the most troubling incidents. Another one that was really upsetting was they had skipped over cutting weeds. It was like they purposely mowed around weeds that were within my yards boundaries so I had reported that to the office. When the mowers returned, they ended up maliciously cutting some of my bushes and those bushes had been planted over two years ago, so replacing them is not an easy fix, but all of those things really suffice to show not only were they incompetent, but there was some malice behind their behavior. I think though what was the icing on the cake was the untrustworthiness of them not showing up for appointments yet marking it as showed up and still trying to charge me. The operators and front office office were nice and willing to correct the issues but ultimately the lawnmowers were not to be trusted and with that kind of business I ended up deciding that it’s best that I do my own yardwork or hire someone else.

a month agoAn absolute disappointment from the start. They report day of service if contacted by noon, which is absolutely false. Did not respond to text or email timely, so we had to call. They quoted an ongoing service, and when I told them I wanted an initial mow to see how they perform, they quoted twice the price. Outrageous, unprofessional, unacceptable.
