Drew’s has blown us away! They created a beautiful vision for our yard, presented very reasonable prices, and executed their plan perfectly. Their work has completely elevated our home. Clark was easy to communicate with, had great ideas, was very responsive, and just a pleasure to work with. Gabriel and their crew have been incredibly hard working and respectful of our home. I could not recommend them more and will continue raving about them to anyone looking for a landscaper!

I’d leave zero stars if I could… My experience with Drew’s Lawn and landscape started off amazing (This would have been a 5 star review) and was for over a year, however their true colors showed quickly after I let them know about a situation I experienced with one of their employees. As a business owner, I’d want to know about the experience I shared and instead of understanding and discussing the situation with me, they lashed out and got defensive. Initially, their service was efficient and reliable. However, things took a nosedive when one of their employees blatantly lied about his team’s time on the job, which I have camera proof of. Luckily I have 360 views of my house and surrounding areas. Let’s go back to the first issue: Their employee provided a verbal quote for installing landscape lights that was half of what he ended up sending me in a written quote, leaving me feeling a bit scammed and cheated. He owned up to that and apologized in email. Since I really liked the company and our relationship, I didn’t push back on and happily paid the invoice after the work was done. I even paid for, in good faith, the additional charges for time on the job that didn’t even take place. (re; my camera proof) I then proceeded to have another project quoted, where it came in very high. Regardless, I was willing to work with them and simply asked if we could remove the mulching to get closer to my budget. I spent hours of my personal time working to source weeping alaskan cedar trees and large landscape rocks with their employee, and had them put the trees on hold for this project. Then, said employee started taking days to respond to texts, forcing me to follow up multiple times, and eventually just said they can’t get the price down. This was 100% fine. I didn’t say I wasn’t going to proceed, however they took the items I selected off hold and told me to work with another company, and wouldn’t share any information about the items we spent quite a bit of time on sourcing. I brought these issues to the attention of the owner and business manager and simply asked if it would be possible to get a new account rep. They showed no willingness to rectify the situation or provide any assistance. They instead defended their employee when he was clearly unqualified to be customer facing. Beware of their business practices, as they seem more interested in deception than genuine customer satisfaction. I’m hopeful this review has them reflect on their management, training, and integrity.

I called last week to inquire about getting a quote. I was told on Friday I’d hear from someone about confirming an appointment for today but never heard back. I called this morning hoping to be on the schedule but there was no answer.

After cutting my lawn to short and the removal of 4 trees our grass was dead and the weeds had taken control. After a full year of Drew’s lawn care service we’re the first to mow our yard this year. Our grass is full and the weeds are all but gone. We didn’t expect this but since it worked for us, I wanted to give my 5 star review. It’s March 5th and our yard looks full and healthy. If you need help like me, give them a full year. It’s worth the money. Sammy3
