EDIT: Looks like they are now blocking people who leave negative reviews on their Facebook page as well. Unfortunately, they have ghosted me for 5 weeks at the time of my review to the point that my yard is very over grown (frequency is supposed to be every other week, especially this time of year). I have called and texted every day for weeks but they have continued to ignore me and the rest of their clients in my neighborhood. I would have been fine with a delay, and I’d be understanding if there were things going on to cause this. But it’s very unprofessional to not say/respond to anything at all for week and weeks. A simple message or updating your voicemail to reflect if there was some sort of emergency or note about being super behind would have been better than nothing. But 0 communication across 5 weeks is simply not acceptable for a buisness. Now, I am forced to pay a premium price for someone else to pick up their slack because my yard is overgrown and I don’t want to get fined by our HOA. The entire point of hiring this company was so I never have to worry about that, but here we are. NOTE: I am willing to discuss changing my review back, if/when the owners want to try to make this right (if they even care at this point). But they really screwed me and all of their clients in my neighborhood over on this one.

Great job very through. I pray someone will sharpen his lawn mower blade so his lawn mowing job will be perfection. If I knew how I would. Never the less I will still ask him to mow my yard.

My Lawn Guys are better than yours! Friendly, professional, honest, great Lawn service, fair pricing, also power washed the house, and installed leaf guards. There’s not a lot they can’t do! Highly recommend!

What a fantastic experience, they were responsive, reliable and got the job done super fast at a very reasonable price. They even went above and beyond what we requested to have done. We will definitely be using their services again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
