DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. They skipped several weeks of mowing our lawn, claiming that they drove by and the grass “hadn’t grown from the week before” meanwhile it was 6 inches high. They also blew grass into our flower beds several weeks in a row and then denied doing so. And the mowing itself is terrible. So many missed sections of grass and lazy weed-whacking. Overall, terrible quality lawn service and even worse customer service. Don’t even bother with them.

Lawn care through the season was phenomenal even with the challenges of the excessive rain we had this spring and summer. He was prompt in getting my driveway plowed and salted on the November 15th storm. I would highly recommend this company for lawn care and snow removal.

He tried to illegally dump lawn waste on my property. They would not comply and remove illegally dumped waste until complelled by the Phoenixville Police department. Not cool.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I contacted Bruce in December for a snow removal quote – Small driveway & paved patio area. I got the quote the same day! We agreed, via email, that he would take care the snow this season. 2/10/17 – got a few inches (enough to be plowed and cleared) Bruce wrote stating that the snow was melted by the time he arrived “Next time” he said. 3/14/17 – I wrote an email asking when he would arrive to clear the driveway and patio (We had a storm overnight and into the AM). Never heard back, nor did he come to plow or shovel. (Thankfully another plow company stopped to assist – I paid cash and had a cleared driveway and patio–completely by chance did this guy stop to help!) still to this day (3/20/17) no communication from Bruce.

I do not recommend for snow removal. He passed by the day of the snowfall and assumed because I was shoveling the end of my shared driveway that I did not need him to plow my part of the driveway (even though in or agreement it was clear that even though I may work on the shared part that I would need mine done if it snowed above 2″). He did not come that day, his responses to my emails and calls were curt, and then he was very late coming the next day (despite his assurances that he would be there by 9am as I had clients coming by noon). Well, my driveway was a block of ice by the time he got there-late. He made a lame attempt at trying to plow it and gave up in less than 5 minutes. He just decided to try to leave without saying anything. I stepped outside and he pulled back in to tell me he couldn’t do it-no apologies, nothing. Needless to say, I called someone else and they got the job done. I will not be using him again.

He did a great job on my lawn I would recommend that you give him a call and have him do your lawn
