Their customer service is A+. I’m notified in a timely way when the tech is coming to treat my lawn. They also provide information though emails that go to their customers that is beneficial. They’re expanding their services i.e. treating fescue grass. The cost is reasonable.

You have been prompt to come out when you say. You also have returned to treat areas that are not doing well or has weeds. (Except for my last call. Still no-one has been out) But would still give you a 10 compared to other companies

In the 1 year that I have had my lawn treated, I have seen a significant improvement in my lawn. It is fantastic! I love the communication the day prior and the day of, so I know everything that is going on. The tech also checks to see if I have any questions or need anything. Great customer service. Thank you.

Noah is reliable, polite, pleasant, does a thorough job, always texts me the day before he’s going to treat the lawn. Our lawn looks really nice & green with only a few trouble spots. Willis Lawn Care are very quality conscious & work with us on anything we need to have a beautiful lawn. We have a lot of trees so shade & sun are irregular but Willis knows what to do.

The job is done exceptionally well and the communication of when you are coming and what you are doing along with when you are done is awesome! You don’t get that type of follow through with companies today and it is nice to know that you do.
