I have had several small concerns. First they have torn up my grass twice by turning too fast. Next they only aerated and seeded part of my yard. I have called but can’t leave a message because they are closed even though it didn’t match their closing times. I finally call to get an estimate, just to talk to find someone to talk to. They said they were coming out today, we’ll I just received a text that they are not coming. They won’t respond to my return text. I just want to talk to a manager because I don’t think they are aware what is taking place . Really really sad, this is a sign of a company going out of business or just bad customer service. Beware!

1 star because that’s the lowest.This company bought out Delhi Lawn Care a few years ago and they have have changed their name twice. Wonder why? It’s been nothing but terrible ever since. I’ve lived at my house for 12 years now and in the last 2 years my lawn has looked like garbage. It was always the envy of the neighbors. They tried to charge me, almost triple the amount in the spring. When I called to ask about the difference in price, they told me they have changed the way they treat and I haven’t seen them back since. When you have to change your name to stay in business, you are obviously effing people you already served. You can’t even call this place and leave a message for a callback. Use someone else.

The lawn is supposed to be treated every six weeks but due to scheduling cancellations, it hasn’t been on that schedule. I’ve had 4-5 treatments so far. Still waiting to see the results. I’m hanging in there until next summer to see if there’s an improvement in my lawn.

I recently called Rankin Lawn Care to inquire about llawn service. Not having ever used a company I didn’t know what to expect. Brent Gardner explained their services and was able to answer my questions. He was knowledgeable and offered pricing that I was comfortable with. I am looking forward to a beautiful lawn this year.
