Common sense has done a great job with my yard. I contemplated just starting over with my lawn until I met Casey. They came out for a consultation, listened to my concerns and expectations, and put me on a maintenance plan that fit. I went from a weed invested, mud wrestling pit, to a beautiful green lush lawn. Thanks guys!!

Common Sense Lawn Care did both my lawn and my fathers lawn. I was 100% satisfied throughout the year. Lawn looks fantastic and I feel like I got “hands on” service vs. what you would get with the bigger name companies. I will look forward to having Common Sense back next year!!

Great company. One-man operation so you know who is coming each and every time and what day. Very responsive. First year customer with lots of lawn issues, improvement has been amazing. Can’t wait to see what it will look like next year after winterizing treatment. Cost was better or at least competitive with other inferior companies I’ve used in the past.

We have used Common Sense Lawn Care for less than a year and Matt has already transformed our lawn! Matt is always so professional and answers our many questions about what is best for our lawn. He quickly applies the weed preventer and fertilizer so that we can get back to using our yard! Thanks for a job well done!
