The staff of Lovely Lawn care are very professional and efficient. I have no complaints at all. The last few years our town, Celina, has been visited by extra critters from Army worms to very hungry grubs, and this summer another type of worm. Whenever I’ve called I’d had my questions answered right away and even a good explanation of what might be going on. Best of all, the turn around time to getting a special need application is typically no later than 48 hours depending on the weather. Onc time I called in to the office and thought an application I had done didn’t take. I didn’t get a song and dance at all. I was called back by the manager/owner and actually given the time to educate me on the worm we were dealing with and how the application works. I was told if I do see new spots or spots worsen to call back for sure and another application would be done at no charge. He truly educated me and I felt confident be patient and let the application do its job. IT DID! By the way…the front office is always a pleasure to work with. She is busy too. If she doesn’t answer I know I can leave a message and will have a return call soon. I would recommend Lovely Lawn to anyone looking for quality, professional, and a friendly Lawn service.
