Poured Foundations Of Ohio a month agoLittle girls answering the phones refusing to put someone higher up on the phone since they think it’s funny that a driver of theirs is out here driving reckless!!!! Almost took out the front end of my truck!!!!! And it’s all caught on camera !!!! Not one bit of the situation is okay!!!!!! Get people to answer the phone that don’t hang up on people and get drivers that know how to drive!!!!! Will be having everyone giving 1 star reviews until something is done

B-Dry System-Cleveland 2 months agoThe One & Only Expert Provider to Call for Complete Honesty & Integrity A portion of my basement has been covered by Bdry for more than the 30 years I’ve owned my home. In all that time, I’ve only had one issue – a nonfunctioning sump pump, which lasted at least 20 years until it stopped working. Under my lifetime Bdry warranty, the motor was promptly replaced at no cost. In the last several years of more frequent, heavier rains, I’ve periodically experienced a small area of damp carpet along a wall not covered by Bdry. Concerned that I might have a bigger issue, like mold, I called Bdry, mold remediation companies, and other waterproofers for a second round of investigations. One remediator claimed I had mold throughout the basement and wanted to total it for $3,000 or clean it for $2,000… and waterproof it for $14,000. Another said I didn’t have mold, but have a moisture issue. Then the amazing Mardy Aizen from Bdry came back with his 40 years of experience and the most honest, authentic appraisal of what’s really happening in my 1940s basement. And the answer was basically nothing(!), apart from some tuckpointing needed on a few bricks inside my gas meter door to stop the inflow of a trickle of water during heavy rain. That’s it. It’s not mold; it’s mildew and simple wear and tear of knotty pine (dry rot). And there’s no need for tearing apart my basement to install more Bdry. This is the second time in several years Mardy has provided that opinion, when he could have easily proposed an expensive tear down and rebuild like other providers, which would have exceeded $20,000. I was fully prepared to spend the $. Mardy is exceedingly kind and gifted at putting you at ease. He took the time to explain everything (even things unrelated to the Bdry system, like furnace filters) and to continue to build a relationship with his client (me :). He was adamant about not selling fear and was frustrated but not at all surprised to hear that other providers wanted to take advantage of the situation – something unfortunately common in this and every home service business. Take it from a trustworthy pro like him. He said that in 40 years in the business, he’s only seen real mold in exactly TWO houses. Yes, TWO. And, as he aptly put it, EVERY basement has some invisible moisture in the walls and under the carpet. It’s a basement, it’s expected, and there’s no real reason to overact or even react in many cases. He said my finished basement home gym is literally perfect, when others were prepared to demolish it. You may have mildew, you may have wear and tear, you may have moisture or real water coming in from the outside. Call BDry and ask for Mardy Aizen if you want an honest expert with extraordinary integrity. Today he again gave me peace of mind I can’t put a price tag on. And having a lifetime warranty not only ensures that peace of mind, but it’s great for resale. Be advised — if a contractor has to call himself honest, he probably isn’t. Let someone else tell you so.

Tucker Landscaping a month agoWorking for this company was one of the most awful jobs I have had. The three brothers who run this place are full of greed. While working there multiple times we were told to ignore parts of jobs so they could come back later and charge the company more to have it brush hogged. Like said in another review they provide no safety gear. They forced me to work with known drug addicts which resulted in me being the passenger of an accident. They have been in trouble in the past for trying to charge employees for broken equipment so they don’t have to claim insurance. Overall please trust me when I say you can both hire and work for a many better companies than the tuckers and the scam they have going on.
