We got an extremely detailed bid document and a detailed timeline and the job proceeded accordingly – no surprise change orders, no construction delays. Excellent communication throughout the job from all involved, a few very minor glitches were addressed immediately. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We made several changes throughout the process and Jason was very easy and reasonable to work with on changes. We would highly recommend Precision Renovations to anyone with an upcoming home project!
