I want you to know that your technician, Ismael, serviced my property this afternoon and was as nice as he could be. My son has stopped by to help me put my deck furniture back where it belonged after having the house power washed. Ismael saw what we were doing and dived right in to help. We used them for about four years. The first three were great. The lawn really responded. Unfortunately this year it seems things have changed. After our last service, I cancelled. You can see in the picture below where the tech sprayed destroyed parts of the lawn. This is a small section. Almost the first quarter of the lawn looks the same way. Totally dead. This wasn’t the first service this year that didn’t line up with past years.

We are in the 1st year of getting service from this comany (after poor experiences with others). James D. came by and he explained what he was going to do, didn’t rush through with the applications, and then came back to give us the paperwork and tips on watering to help maintain the lawn. He’s as good as they get!

We are SO pleased with this service. This is our first year using a service for fertilization and weed control and we could not be happier. We had a half yard of clover grass and the rest of weeds, it was so hard to enjoy our yard. We have had 3 services thus far and our yard is legit weed free and the clover grass is gone! James has been our technician and we could not be more pleased with his service. He is personable and takes time to explain everything to you and answer your questions. I love that they text us the night before they come so that we are aware (we have dogs). We are looking forward to many more years of service with this company.

I also had a bad experience with a nationally know lawn care provider. For the last few years I’ve used Simply The Best and am very happy with the service. Customer service at the other place was clueless. Great customer service With this company. My rep Larry is very responsive to my unique issues and James does a great job with the applications and is always willing to converse on the lawn needs.

My first application was done today. James . was polite and efficient and explained exactly what was being done. Also Michael who was my first contact was excellent in his clear and concise explanation of what my lawn would benefit from. I look forward to a great improvement in my lawn. So far my experience rates 5 Stars!
