I’ve used Urban Tree before they became SavATree and work was great. Since they sold, service has gone downhill. 4 times I’ve used them and recommended to all my neighbors. I reached out to the General Manager and received no response. No more. After giving them much money, I am done. I will no longer recommend them to friends and family.

We’ve had Andy Knight as our arborist for a number of years. He’s provided us with so much knowledge and good advice. Our two acres of landscaped property is gorgeous. He’s been a lifesaver for many problems over many years. Just recently we added mosquito control and were overwhelmingly impressed. We’ve used Mosquito Squad for a solid year, we were totally disappointed with their whole program. We thought because mosquitoes were their specialty they’d be better – not so. World of difference with SavaTree and the staff that’s been at their Rochester NH branch (which services the Seacoast region of NH). We’ve always been so happy with Andy’s good advice for our tree, shrub and lawn and were just overwhelmingly surprised with how impressed we were with mosquito control. Had the guys come out and remove nine trees from my property. They arrived on time, four trucks and six men. The work was performed flawlessly, the cleanup immaculate. I would highly recommend this company for their exceptional work, and reasonable rates. Will definitely be using them again

SavATree does excellent work – from initial consultation with Ryan – the planning, scheduling and crew -all were professional and extremely knowledgeable. Tree removal, pruning and clean up – great job! We plan to work with them again for future tree work.

Our condo association on the Seacoast has been using save a tree for several years and they never disappoint. Andy comes every year to do the walk around, submits his recommendations to our needs and his skilled workers come and get the job done. The crew is very professional and skilled. We appreciate Andy’s expertise and insight regarding which are critical issues and which are smaller things that can wait.

Had a tree half way come down and damage my fence and part of my neighbors deck. They were very quick to respond, were very polite and clear in their explanations. My neighbor was in awe when watching them take down the remaining part of the tree. It was just as amazing the little time it took them to bring it down. When I had questions, everyone I spoke with were very helpful and comforting to speak with. It ended up not costing as much as I expected. Very professional, seems very experienced and knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend!

I’ll divide the service SavATree/Urban Tree provided into 2. They did a great job dropping the trees. They were very careful about not damaging the lawn. Now the problem. They were hired to take trees down AND haul them away. The logs they dropped are still on my lawn. 9 weeks later. So much for the lawn. Repeated calls and trading emails. I’ve gotten nothing but excuses and false promises YMMV, but I’d give pause on using this outfit and consider going elsewhere.
