Previously I was a nomad. After finding Bozeman Site Services I planted my feet with the company. I really enjoy the the culture as it makes this company in particular very unique. It’s a pleasure working with down to earth people who want you to succeed in all aspects of life. It is rare to come across a company where you feel like you’re apart of a family.

What an unbelievable transformation! My back fence had been stained by lack of upkeep from the previous home owner. I hired Bozeman Site Services to power wash the wickedly, darkly, stained fence and the “before and after” cleaning is truly amazing. Accurate, skillful, patient….keeping the fence intact, BSS did a brilliant job! They also redirected the sprinkler heads to protect the integrity of the fence. Two thumbs up for this company!

Bozeman site services shovels the driveways and sidewalks in my HOA. I have had constant problems with the quality of their work. I attempted to speak to one of their workers about an issue of piling snow in front of my garage and soon found out that he was incredibly high and unaware, as he blankly stared at me before proceeding to walk off. There are better services out there.

No matter what, BSS llc. Is never at fault or in the wrong. It’s always the other plow services fault, every single time.

This company is fine to work for if you are a part time employee. If you are desiring a full time position, don’t believe what management and HR tells you. Be ready to fight for your 40 hours. Then if there is work to be done, forget about having a life; 20+ hour days through the winter are common place. If you’re looking for a management position this place is absolutely toxic. Management claims to be Christian and operate under Christian principles, however, the judgement and hypocritical behavior says otherwise. Upper management is in complete chaos and does not wish to change in spite of what is claimed. If anyone does try to make changes the upper management defenses immediately go up and no progress is made. Also, if you are not “approved” of you will be undermined and blocked at every turn. Upper management claims there is a great work life balance but 12+ hrs a day in the summer with most weekends worked too and then it’s on call around the clock throughout the winter. There is also a great deal of work load that is dumped on the employees with no guidance or oversight. The owner uses the employees as his own personal labor force to make improvements to his home and property. Since there is no training the owner then gets extremely upset with employees and absolutely destroys the managers if something is not done correctly. He also believes that he knows everything and everyone else is stupid and he treats you as such. The list could go on but just be aware if you are looking for more than apart time gig you’re in for an uphill battle.

If I could give a zero I would. They gave us a Quote for lawn spray stating $90/spray for 3 sprays over the summer. Then come Sept they are saying we still owe $90 for the next 3 months. It never stated on the quote that the srpays were $180 per spray. THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST AND THE SPRAY WAS TERRIBLE. WE HAVE NEVER HAD AS MANY WEEDS AS WE HAD THIS YR. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING !!!!!!

I have been working with Bozeman Site Services for years, personally and professionally. They do a great job! Always responsive, professional, and respectful. They are so good about getting things done quickly when a problem arises. They are always happy to meet onsite if anything needs to be looked at. I highly recommend working with them.
