Update: One of the owners personally delivered the check to me after issuing a stop order on the old one. It was a very nice gesture and glad to have my refund back finally. 5 stars for the service they offer but giving 4 stars because the way a certain employee handled our phone interactions was unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns. Service was good while I had it. Canceled services and was told I’d be refunded without issue. Sadly, I canceled on 5/13 and still have not been refunded yet and it’s 6/11. They claimed to have mailed my check at the end of May so who knows if or when it will arrive. Everytime I call I get a guy named Chris who isn’t very helpful and tells me it’s my problem with the post office… I’ll update my review if I ever get refunded.

Well it should tell you all need to know regarding this company now knowing this company is not accredited by the BBB. If I could give less then 1 star I would. Everyone over at Best Lawn Care from upper management down to their so-called lawn-specialists who come out to treat your lawn, are all extremely unprofessional. The company came out earlier this year to give me my first lawn care treatment. Shortly after the treatment I had quite a bit of dandelions pop up. I contacted the company and asked if they could come back out and treat those specific areas. They came back out and treated those areas however, in doing so they sprayed too much fertilizer and ended up killing more than quite a few large areas in my lawn. So I contacted the company back explaining the situation and they said they would send someone out to treat those areas on the next available business day. After a week went by I received some text messages asking if I could send them pictures of the lawn. So I did. Several days later, I still had not heard back from the company so I reached back out to them to see what was going on and didn’t hear anything back. The following week I received a text message that a lawn specialist was arriving at my home to put the second application down for the year on my lawn. So I went out to meet the technician to talk with him about the spots and he had no idea about the problem. He did not bring any chemicals with him to treat the spots and he was there solely with the intent to just treat the lawn with the second application. I watch the technician apply the second application and I’m glad to say at least I was home to discover this companies fraudulent behavior. The technician sprayed the perimeter of my yard only, was there maybe 5-10 mins. Tops. So I called the manger letting him know I was not happy with the services provided. The Manager Hunter Donovan proceeded to basically accuse me, the customer of making this up and that he trusted his lawn care providers. He offered no resolution to my problem. Hung up on me and then sent me a text message saying their company will no longer be providing me with their lawn care services. Terrible customer service, I would highly suggest that you steer clear of this company! You are paying for services you are not receiving!

I’ve been using Best Lawn Care for three seasons now and my lawn has never looked better. My technician – Jeff Ferris – is the best lawncologist in the business! And even though Google doesn’t recognize the word “lawncologist”, they should consider adding it to their list of words. Lawncoligist (n.) The guy who makes your yard look good! Thanks Jeff! You are the “Best”!

I’m so happy I switched to Best Lawn Care. I am very picky about my yard and I was not happy with the lawn care company I had been using. My lawn was deteriorating; thin grass and large sections where grass was dying completely. After switching to Best, my lawn immediately improved and continues to improve every year. The grass is thick, green and weedless. The best part is the customer service I receive. Their technicians are awesome. They truly care and take pride in their work. Thank you Best Lawn Care!
