They are probably the only lawn care service that offers non contract services and their initial couple of jobs got my lawn looking great!! Highly reasonable compared to others..

Yes, the lawn care was ok, my lawn actually looked worse during the 1.5 year course they took care of it. The cost steadily increased. The part that upset me, I talked to a lawn care technician and asked to cancel my service, I was told it would be and I wouldn’t be billed again. They showed up again without contacting me and laid down fertilizer and I received a big bill. After 8 phone calls trying to reach a manager, I was told I talked to the wrong person and had to pay or it would be sent to collections. After several more calls, they finally told me they would only charge me for materials at cost. Customer service is everything to me and I was treated like an ugly stepchild.

We contacted Green Envy 2 weeks ago about ineffective weed treatments. We were told someone would reach out, schedule a time to come by, spray again, & see about fixing a few dead spots in the yard. That never occurred. Now they are unreachable & not returning calls. Can you please cancel our service & ensure we are not charged again? This seems to be the only place I might be able to get your attention & will use this to dispute any further charge. Cancel please. 0 stars.

Title: Disappointing Experience with GreenEnvy Rating: 0 Review: I recently used GreenEnvy for my lawn care needs, and unfortunately, i had worst experience with them, they did not intimate me before entering my lawn and when i asked them, they said we don’t need to as they have in there contract to enter my lawn any time, and not sure what service they did but they charged me 60$, i am never going to them and be careful if anyone is planning to take there service. Customer Service representative was very rude to me when i was talking to her. I would caution others against using GreenEnvy based on my experience. I hope this review serves as valuable feedback for both the company and potential customers.

fast and attentive, Brendan (my salesperson) sent people out quickly to take care of the lawn. Everyone in my family uses them and we are all happy, the lawns look so much better than when we had a different co taking care of it

I had signed up for the 6 or 7 services for ~$40.00/month. Last year, they had tacked on additional service that I never agreed to pay for. I had told them if it happens again, I would be doing the same thing. I was just notified that an additional $71 was charged to me for Grub control, that was never approved, and am now canceling immediately.

We’ve used Green Envy for about a year now and are extremely satisfied with the results. Our grass looks great, and has zero weeds or crabgrass. Customer service has been great since day one, and the tech is always very courteous and thorough with explanations on the individual treatments. Pricing is also fair for the excellent quality service and results we’ve seen. We’ve received several compliments on our lawn since using this service. Would highly recommend!

Used them for a few years until they charged us for a service that never happened. Didn’t know I had a bill until spring when I tried to login and my account has been closed. The person I spoke with was rude and accusing, then sent a $40 bill to collections.

So far, I have not seen any results. I’m still waiting. They do respond when you call. Time will tell!!

I just did my first spring cut. This is the best this lawn has looked since I’ve owned the home. Ive still got some work to do, but WOW, what an improvement! Tell everyone there at Green Envy thank you from our family for the healthy grass!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND GREEN ENVY!
