Very efficient and convenient service. The lawn is cut on a predetermined schedule at a set rate but other lawn care needs can be handled and you can change your schedule if you need to. I have had no problems so far. I would recommend the service.

LawnStarter Lawn Care is a great lawn service. I’ve been with them since March 2024. It was the best decision I’ve made about my lawn care. Sedrick and his crew are neat, quick, respectful of my property, and gets the job done well. I am very pleased with their service. I look forward to seeing them each time. They require a three mowing minimum before you can cancel. After each “mowing” they ask how it was. Each time I responded that no one showed. Each time I was still charged. I’m hoping my service is cancelled. I guessing I’m probably not getting a refund because some contractor they use said my lawn was mowed. Whoever they use did not mow my lawn. The only contractor who responded said he could not mow my lawn because my gate opening was too narrow for his riding lawnmower. No other contractor contacted me.

I hired them through Thumbtack and when they finally arrived they gave my an adjusted quote of $300 plus dollars.

I’ve been waiting for about two weeks now for lawn care. Poor communication, even when I called looking for a resolution there was a long wait time. In addition, I had to place my card on file without a specialist even visiting my property. Waste of time and resources.

Terrible. Used them twice and the second lawn service worse than the first. They blew clippings onto my porch and in beds, didn’t blow decks off, ran over decorations, left half the backyard not mowed, then left the gate open for my dogs to get out when they left.

We love our lawn care professional, Andrew. He’s given us 3 years of great service. He communicates when there are weather delays and always makes sure my gates are closed when he’s completed his work so that my dogs don’t get loose.

I had canceled my service and they cut my lawn 2 time after and would not refund. This is not a lawn care company it is a scam that uses “real” lawn care companies to do the actual work. My lawn was cut way to short leaving it looking brown and burn up. I never leave bad reviews but felt this very necessary
