Terrible customer service. Won’t answer phone calls or texts half the time. They broke my fence last year and still have not fixed it. Extremely unprofessional.

DO NOT SUBCONTRACT FOR Jeffery Bailey. After taking and agreeing to a rush bush hog job, it has been over 30 days and still ZERO payment has been made. Started out full of excuses and reasons why payment could not be made. Now it has come to completely ignoring phone calls and texts. Lesson learned about doing work for Bailey’s Lawn & Landscape.

I’ve held off writing a review, to give this person/company a fighting chance to make things right. With that being said, I really wanted to leave a good review. He came and mostly finished a French drain that I started. They did a fairly decent job. What they didn’t do was finish the job. I paid in full, with cash, the day they left. I even commented; “I’m going to pay in full, but I’m also going to trust that you’ll come back and finish this week.” His reply; “You don’t have to worry about that.” Since then, it’s been thirty days and I’ve already made plans to finish, what I’ve already paid to have done, myself. I like to think that I can judge good character, but going forward, I will have a contract made before work is started. I will not pay in full until the job is complete. I encourage others to do the same.
