Supposed to be scheduled for regular service every 4-5 weeks. No one out here for 2 months. I had to call them to get another service scheduled. In the meantime, lawn going downhill. Had to reseed 4-5 areas by myself. Time, $. Looking for a different service for 2025

We had a service scheduled for this morning and the technician arrived, knocked on the door, then proceeded to the truck to grab the hose. I was on a work call and could not grab the door. The technician continued to spray part of our front yard for no more than 1 minutes and 20 seconds, then got into his truck and drove away. He did not do the back yard or side of our home. We have exterior cameras and have everything on film. Rochester TruGreen, Christian Makowiecki was the technician and you should seriously consider his employment. What terrible customer service skills and his integrity should be questioned on all levels. I am completely disappointed. I called the main scheduling hub and they are rescheduling an actual service appointment. Please have your service technicians be honest and provide the service you’ve been hired to do.

I’ve only had one service done so far but I’m already amazed at the difference it has made. They were quick to arrive as soon as I signed up and Blake has been very helpful in any extra assistance needed. They also had a great promotion going that we were able to save on. I look forward to watching the progress with future services as well. If you’ve been on the fence about it like I have for years, do it, you won’t regret it. I highly recommend. Thank you!
