I’m done with Dakota Turf. I emailed them and asked for increased weed control. Leanne, office manager, replied with; Honestly, I was shocked at your response. And quite frankly, it has to be the rudest email I have ever received. First of all, I am not a fertilizer expert, nor will I pretend to be one. I manage the office. When I get a call or email regarding our Fertilizer division, I try to get as much information from the client as I possibly can. Then I take that information to our Fertilizer Technicians. The more details I can provide them, the better they are able to help. After that, the technician or myself would more than likely make an appointment for one of them to stop out to look at your lawn and give recommendations as to what can be done. That is how it normally works. However, that is not how it is going to work this time. Since Tru Green and all of the others in this area are the experts, I suggest you call them for your weed control. We are not interested in servicing your weed problem. Oh, and also, I suggest you google how to be respectful to someone that is trying to help you. I guarantee it will get you much further. I hope this is enough detail for you! Leanne, office manager. I didn’t ask any fertilizer questions. Dakota Turf had serviced my property for at least four or more seasons. As Leanne suggested, I will employ a different company that knows more than Dakota Turf, and hopefully wants my business. Dell Oye

Worst company. Even under contract they don’t fulfill their obligations. Multiple excuses if you can even get a hold of them. Look elsewhere.

If your lawn needs help like mine every year make sure you call Dakota Turf they are professional positive and make my yard look fantastic

I have been trying to fight our dandelions in Lakeville for three years since we moved in. After one application of fertilizer and weed control from Dakota Turf they are gone. Amazing work!

My lawn has never looked better!! For my yard the cost was double a 4 step from Scott’s. Five applications included in their service. The fertilizing and weed control is applied by spraying, dries quick, kid and pet safe once dry. I’m happy, wife is happy! The time saved and worry saved is worth the cost.

They do not return messages. I left 2 messages about landscaping to be done at my Farmington home. I guess they don’t need the business.

First of all, I have not used the service. I will tell you, don’t question their pricing. If you question the pricing you will be considered to be giving them a hard time. My experience, and my experience only! is that this company tends to run 20-30% more than anyone I have price checked. I would have used the service if they could simply help me justify the cost difference but again, one is not to question.
