Horrible, the worse service I never had. He rescheduled my service several times within a week and stop responding to my messages. He complained about being too busy and said maybe I should find someone else. I never met someone with a business that was so unreliable and untrustworthy.

I live in an association where Nathan’s Lawn service cuts the grass. Last week I heard a knock on my door and the owner, Nathan, was there to greet me. He wanted to tell me that his team accidentally damaged a pop up gutter drain. He then said they would promptly replace it. How refreshing to have a company take pro-active responsibility for such a small mistake. Thank you Nathan

Poor communication and slow response. Already paid for service 3+ weeks ago no idea when they are going to show up for the service. Very disappointed.

Just had a green truck with Nathan’s Outdoor Services branding on the side approach suddenly and quickly from behind and nearly slam into the back of my car at a red light in Cottage Grove when I was already stopped at the red light, then continued to tailgate inches from my bumper as I drove to the next intersection where I made a left and the driver aggressively accelerated past. If you’re going to drive that aggressively and put people’s lives in danger, maybe don’t do it in your company branded truck. I will forever remember Nathan’s Outdoor Services with a negative sentiment.

Nathan‘s outdoor service is simply the best. Even though some October snow delayed our final mow, his crew is at our house now on a Saturday, finishing the job as promised. You can count on Nathan!

Game changer in the lawn and snow industry. They quickly turned around an HOA I manage and they clearly take pride in everything they do. Work quality is excellent as is communication. If you want better, call Nathan’s.

My neighbor uses Nathan’s for lawn care. Last week the team accidentally damaged a little section of my fence. They responded right away and same day no hesitation they came out and fixed it. Definitely made me a future customer. Can’t wait to use them in the near future!
