I had some problems with communications early on, but showcase has doon a good job or resolving those and working through my issues. It dook a bit longer than I wanted at first but they have helped me to turn my yard aroround.

Have had them address several different issues over the years (creeping Charlie, grasshoppers) and they have always managed to correct the situation. The grass looks healthy and the regular applications keep it looking that way. Brandon is great to work with. Knowledgeable and friendly.
