I was going to cancel natural way because my lawn got grubs last year. When I was going to cancel they were ringing my phone everyday trying to get my business back but I gave them another chance. I called them today to make sure they hand walk the application. The lady on the phone tells me they did a application on May 1st at 2:15. They could not have done a application at this house because I was at this house on May 1st at 2:15 as I’m here everyday. First of all I don’t like to play games with my money especially when I prepaid. I just want people to do their job.

Sales guy sold me an Organic service and then signed me up for the regular poison. They refused to credit my account. Terrible customer service call today. Made me pay for poisoning my lawn. Looking no for a new organic option.

What I appreciate most is getting a call that Natural Way will be out in a day or two. In most cases, I’m able to get my lawn cut in preparation for the service they are coming out to perform.

My grass has gotten healthier over the past two years. My only problem is that the vehicle used to apply fertilizer takes plugs of grass out from turns and it smashed my nicely trimmed edges.
