Terrible service. They responded well when I first contacted them. I gave all my payment info and they came right away. The “cut the lawn” horrible,… I called them, they said they would tell the crew, nothing happened, so I send them pics and an email the next day. They responded few days later saying they couldn’t appreciate by pics, and maybe it was because days have gone by ¿???? and couldn’t care less…kind of offensive …they did say that as it was the first cut, the next they will try to do better. I will tell my boss the same thing, see if he agrees!! Enclose the pics, and don’t worry if they do bad, they will, maybe, try to do better next time and charge you meanwhile!

I knew Cut King took care of some lawns in my neighborhood. And did an excellent job. When asked, they immediately started caring for my lawn. And, again, they are doing an excellent job. Special thanks to Nathan.

Save yourself the headache. I put up a three star review with no words and I received an email from the owner stopping my service unless I removed my review from online. Also, 1st and 3rd service was good. Second service was bad, they were lazy. The mowers did not alert me to move my car, they just cut and left. I had to call them to come back to mow a portion. Lazy! Phone reception was snarky. Owner is very argumentative and emotional. Owner would not continue my service unless I removed review. I decided not to remove my review. My service was stopped due to that request. That is not good service at all. Like I said save yourself the headache. Read the responses that he gives to everyone, make sure to sort with the lowest reviews. Hopefully you become one of the people that receives good service consistently.

Great company to work with. Extremely responsive to emails and addresses all concerns immediately. They assigned a new team to my yard and I can honestly state that my grass has never looked better! I love looking at it! Excellent job cutting the grass and edging every week. Very reliable! Thank you Jake and Cole–you really know what you are doing and I truly appreciate your hard work every week.

Josh and Josh cut my house today in Hazel Park. They did an excellent job. The edging and whipping look great, the quality is a cut above the neighbors. They even unclogged the storm drain in front of the house. Keep it up fellas, great work.

I live in a rental in Ferndale and our landlord uses CutKing. Yesterday, Travis and Josh did an amazing job at the rental – cutting all of the weeds that had popped up, getting every little corner of the lawn, and taking care around our blow up pool in the yard. Shoutout to Travis and Josh!
