StayDry Basement Waterproofing 18 hours agoWe are new to the area and had a few questions about humidity, sump pump systems, and how to keep our basement dry year round. We called StayDry and Phil came to our house and did an inspection of our basement, patiently answered all of our questions and offered helpful suggestions to keep things running smoothly. I highly recommend calling him if you need help with your basement.

Renovation By Design a month agoI had my kitchen remodeled with RBD. The first meeting I had with them was at the end of November. It is now Jun 10 and I still have issues with the shoddy paint on these cabinets. These cabinets had over a dozen scratches, issues, blemishes on them. In fact one of the doors sent as a replacement had a paint chip on them. Throughout the project, my project manager changed several times which made it very difficult to get things organized. Michelle the designer had some issues listening and understanding which made the project more difficult than it needed to be. My project manager was originally Tom then it was Jerry then it was Jon and then back to Jerry then to Brett and Jon and back to Jerry. Jerry is unreliable and constantly says one thing and does another. For example, Jerry scheduled a contractor to come over without telling me ahead of time. I was asleep when the contractor arrived early in the morning. Jerry told the contractor that I had an emergency which wasn’t true. Jerry simply forgot to tell me and lied to the contractor so he wouldn’t have to pay the contractor for making a trip. I asked the owner Jon several times if I could use a different project manager but these requests have been ignored. I have sent several messages over to Jon in the last month which have been ignored. I am now in the process of trying to get the final issues resolved with my cabinets which include scratches on a cabinet, a door and a chip on a door. As usual they are dragging their feet and making something relatively simple overly difficult. With RBD you are going to pay top dollar for marginal service and marginal quality kitchen cabinets. I would suggest looking elsewhere. I will never use them again.

Priest Construction 4 months agoProfessional service Joe comes and actually measures roof. Most companies use online estimation apps which vary (roughly 1-3 square overage) which drives estimates sometimes over 1K than what is needed, the crew is awesome and go nonstop they clean as they go so property never looks bad. Pics provided when issues are found with explanations of what, why and how it needs to be resolved. They did magnet sweeps at least 5 times to ensure no nails left behind . Finished job looks awesome, also direct neighbors on both sides of my home are having their roofs done by Joe and his crew so 3 in a row should say something about the quality of work
