We thought this would be a great company to work with. To date, it has been an excuse after another excuse as to why they haven’t applied our next round. We pre-paid for our service on 3-16-2024 and to receive this type of service is disappointing. We had to call to see why no schedule was reflected online and why our next round wasn’t applied. At that time we received an application date and it was a no-show. Last week it was the rain and they told us they would come out today and again it was a no-show. We have called and left notifications on the website and it’s always another date they will come. Still waiting for them to call us back. This account is under my husband’s (DeShawn). Our lawn looks horrible and to have paid almost two months ago and receiving only one application is bad business. Called on 5-7-2024 and was told someone was coming out this week and again. No show, no follow-up call. Received an email message on May 12th that Justin Cole was going to be out on May 13th to apply the crabgrass Pre-M weed & Feed and again it to as a no-show. This is the 5th or 6th no-Show for this service.

Love Turf Tenders. I have been a customer for over 5+ years and my lawn has never looked better. TT’s uses quality fertilizers that promote healthy soil for the grass. It’s also great to hear the same team on the phone when scheduling visits and seeing the same technicians come to service my yard month after month, year after year. Great local company – you can’t go wrong with Turf Tenders.

The service I received last year from Turf-Tenders, was top notch. They came when scheduled and did a great job. They called to recommend different treatments and explained how my lawn would benefit, yet they didn’t pressure me into buying those services. For all these reasons and more I will continue to trust Turf-Tenders with my lawn again this season.

I’ve had Turf Tenders manage my front lawn for two years running. I’m pleased with the results. I originally rated Turf Tenders three stars due to cost issues, but the very next day, one of their team reached out to me by phone and explained the reasoning behind my charges. I am impressed with the fast response and genuine care for the customer that I’ve experienced with the staff at Turf Tenders. I have adjusted my rating to five stars as a result of their exemplary customer service.
