Extremely over priced. Received an estimate that I thought was for lawn cutting and shrub trimming. Especially since the estimate was for $91 and we only have 2 shrubs. Company came out and only trimmed the shrubs. Of course I was a bit confused for the price. Called the office and spoke to Melody! Beyond rude. Asked what our original estimate for grass cutting was. $78 per cut! Seriously! We’ve been in our home for 20 years and have never paid that for just grass cutting. We used them last year and they were supposed to provide regular weeding service. This is why we hired them in the first place. Needless to say due to their lack of providing the weeding service we thought we were paying for, we had to pay another company over $900 to redo our rock beds due to the weeds and wild grass from the year prior. Decided to keep my other company who charges $33 per cut. Would have possibly continued service with Bow Creek if it weren’t for Melody being rude and arrogant. There are many reputable, honest companies out there that are willing to provide good work for reasonable prices. This company will tell you what you want to hear and not do everything you discussed. When they were trying to grow their business last year, they were nice and so called accommodating. But now as Melody says “they’re full this year”, she decides to be smart at the mouth. Please be careful of the reviews you see about this company. They had not received any reviews for 6 months or more before I placed my review. As soon as I completed my review, several people began to review the company within 24 hours of me placing mine. I’m sure these are either fake reviews or coerced. This goes to show how they do business. Good luck with those prices and that attitude.

Called as an emergency mow of our 3/4 acre property. Very reasonable quote, super prompt, good communication. We were delighted when we returned that evening Bow Creek did a super job. Very highly recommend.

No competition the best lawn service in Livingston County. The owners Mike and Melody have to be the nicest people we have ever met. Mike always does such an amazing job taking care of our yard and Melody is always so friendly and helpful whenever I talk to her. We highly recommend them and can’t say enough good things about their company. Thank you guys!

Mike is a life saver! I was in a bind at my rental property and had to clean up my back yard ASAP between renters. The previous tenant did nothing as far as yard maintenance! My backyard was completely over grown and I didn’t even know where to begin. I contacted him and he was able to come out right away! He gave me a very fair price and did an amazing job!! Clean up and everything. Definitely recommend their services!

The best lawn service I have ever had. I just had them come out again this week and yard was full of leaves and they did a great job of getting them all up and the time it took to bad them all for WM/M to pick up. . Great people that own it.

My lawn was knee high before I realized my old lawn crew wasn’t going to be available. I looked on Angi’s list and Bow Creek called within the hour. He’s been out 3 times so far. 2 mows and one neglected fall cleanup that made the summer mow a hassle (too many leaves and branches from the winter. Timely and efficient.
