They were very professional and did exceptional work. They completed the work in a reasonable time frame and charged a fair price!

Prism Construction, LLC 2 months agoWe used prism for a complete interior overhaul of our 1927 Tudor. They did a tremendous job and took a lot of care for every detail. Their guys really knew what they were doing! I will definitely use them again!

Origins Concrete Design 2 years agoWe bought a home with concrete counters last summer, but I’m not sure who initially installed the counters, and I am having trouble figuring out how to refurbish them. The sealant that was used by the installation company (or the previous owners) is peeling. I contacted Derek because he has great reviews, but his company doesn’t reseal counters they didn’t install. That is fine… except he did not look up my address to see if they installed our counters. Derek was just convinced it wasn’t him because of the peeling sealant. He said their sealant doesn’t peel. This might be true, but I would have felt better if he had done the diligence of checking our address. He also did not offer to refer me to anyone who could help me, and he did not offer me any advice. Personally, I prefer companies who at least point you in the right direction, even if they don’t offer the service you need.

Oakland Construction Company 2 months agoI hired Mike in ’22 to fix a leak in my roof. He came out and did some patching. The leak returned the next season and I reached out for him to take a look. He was unresponsive for a while but after multiple voicemails and emails he agreed to come out. Then didn’t show up when he said he would, then, after multiple unanswered voicemails finally came out again. Mike refreshed the patching he had done and said my gutters guards were causing the roof leak and gave me an estimate to clean my gutters. This didn’t make sense to me. The leak recently happened again and when I reached out and showed him evidence that there was no clogging of the gutters or gutter guards, he told me I needed a new roof and said that he could do the new roof. I told him that I just wanted him to fix the leak and stop trying to upsell me on new services. He hasn’t responded. Pretty frustrating. Would not recommend this company.

Nvrrete Design | Build 3 months agoCarlos and his team did an amazing job renovating my kitchen and powder room. He was very professional and had great ideas on how to maximize space and save money. The team was thoughtful about working around my family and dog. The end product is absolutely beautiful. Only regret is that I didn’t hire him sooner.
