Can’t say enough good this about them, from the moment we first spoke to them we were impressed with how they listened to what we wanted, provided various options based on our budget. Their service and work on the job was exemplary, the crew was attentive, clean and worked to ensure all our needs were met. The end result was even better than we had hoped for. We would use them again without thinking about it twice. Work done : replaced walkway and built a brick landscaping wall for front and side flower beds.

José Pérez and his team did an excellent job paving our stone patio and making repairs to our stone staircase. The new stonework patio blends seamlessly with our existing stone walkway and staircase. He also navigated a pipe issue that we were concerned about and he found a functional and aesthetic solution. Jose was always very professional and prompt with correspondence and listened to our feedback. We will definitely reach out to him again as we expand our landscaping needs around our patio in the future.

We have been using Perez Landscaping & Stone Works for over 15 years, and we’ve been exceptionally happy with their work. Owner Jose Perez truly has a vision, and over the years he has transformed the yard around our house from was (15 years ago) a fairly drab unremarkable landscape to a vibrant colorful yard that we, our friends and neighbors enjoy and admire. One of the things we love about Jose and his team’s work is how they incorporate plants that bloom in a seamless sequence throughout the year — so as one set of blooms begins to fade another one begins to pop. My wife and I are constantly commenting about how beautiful our yard looks. It’s been nice to see some of our neighbors beginning to work with Jose and team, as they’re now beautifying the whole neighborhood!!

Jose Perez and his team do spectacular work. We have used them for over 20 years and they’ve been reliable and artistic. Jose has a wonderful eye for beauty and practicality. We’ve used them for landscaping stonework, pavers, drainage, and more. They have helped Make our house a home. They guarantee their work, and they have a very good sense as to what will work and not work in our heavily deer living neighborhood.

This could be one of the worst companies to hire to do you landscaping from the liability point of view. They are doing my neighbor’s and they have left all the tool in the middle of the sidewalk. I took the time to come to them and tell them to please take it so I could pass with my stroller but they decided to ignore me completely. So I had to remove them myself. Never hire them.
