Naturescene has serviced both my old home as well as the one we recently purchased. Their guarantee is evident as they have applied additional weed control and fertilizer as requested at both locations at no additional cost . They Always answer the phone and quickly and thoroughly answer your questions. The technicians that treat your lawn are polite and well informed. I highly recommend them.

Josh came out and walked the yard with my husband so he would know what areas in particular needed extra attention. Josh did a very thorough job. Also Jamie and Olivia in the office are always very helpful when I call with questions or concerns. I am definitely a happy customer!

The best …….. I wouldn’t consider using any other lawn service. Matt, the man who applied the product today was very professional and courteous.

We began service with Naturescene about the summer of ‘21. The first application was done at the wrong house which was a little concerning to me, but I let go and chalked it up to an inexperienced technician. Since they are the least expensive provider of lawn care in the area, I renewed my contract with them for 2022. The first three applications (spring, early and mid-summer) were done on schedule. My grass began to develop unusual brown spots in the yard, which was later determined to be a fungus. After two weeks and three calls later, I’m still no closer in getting my yard issue resolved. Each time I called I was told you’re on the schedule and someone will be there to treat your lawn. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has not been pleasant and I won’t be renewing my contract next year. UPDATE: In response to my review, NatureScene is actively addressing my concerns. Thank you for showing you care and providing a solution.

I have tried other lawn services in the past not happy with results or service. I have been with Naturescene for 5 years and my lawn looks great. At least 5 of my neighbors have started using Naturescene and they are happy as well. I recommend Naturescene to one and all. Thanks foe job well done

We purchased the 5 applications this summer. I was not thrilled with the results. The customer service reached out and did a tremendous job of informing and educating me on better maintenance and worked out a better plan for next year. Kudos to the area sales manager for taking a frustrated customer and working out a fair resolution.

Lawncare is sub par at best, they use the cheapest product possible at the lowest spread rate available, that’s why everyone has issues with their lawns not being even or as green as they should be. Company also uses the same product for the Mosquito control as they do for the tree and shrub insecticide but will still sell you both just to make money even though the customer doesn’t need it.

This place is great. Their prices are lower than their competitors and their service is the same and maybe even better. We have is used several local and big name lawn service companies and we are so happy with Naturescene!!!
