I have been a customer for over six years and something has changed in the last year or so. It looks like the service man didn’t spray my backyard at all. It’s loaded with weeds and I just called for the third time this month to get the backyard sprayed for weeds. I hope they show up this time. I’m no longer satisfied with this company and will be using True Green next year.

Lawn tech Henry came out to cut my lawn.. What a fantastic/ thorough job he did. Attention to detail was outstanding… Great job Henry and thanks again….

Nature Scape has always been very professional with there services and the technicians are always polite and address any concern I may have I have recommended them to friends and family Great job to the people at Nature Scape !!!

Professional company does a great job. Nice to be able to call a company and actually talk to someone. Super simple online billing. Lawn looks great would recommend to neighbors.

No call no show. I’ve a customer for 5 years. I had an issue this year with weeds. Just wanted them to come out and treat the weed problem. I called them 4 times. They say they are coming the next day but never show up. I’m going with a different lawn care company

Spraying for weeds is dumb, first of all. Lawns have been going out of fashion for decades. Secondly, this company leaves trash all over your neighborhood because they’re too cheap to buy a stamp. 5 applications of cancer with litter to boot!

Nature’scape over fertilized my lawn last year, however, continued the service in hopes that this year the service would improve. I wish Cathy was still there, she was very courteous and educated on the treatments and when to service the lawn. Also, this year fertilizer was placed on my roses and Hosta’s. I still have dead grass from the over fertilization as management never addressed the problems nor replaced my grass! Today, my lawn was fertilized on the hottest day of the year…we’re under a heat and water advisory! Nature’scape claims they only come out when weather permits, however, Naturescape ignored todays weather and burned my remaining grass with another fertilization treatment!! It’s time for action and for Nature’scape to replace my dead and bald grass with sod. I’ll repost the outcome of this situation, hopefully the next review will be positive.

Bill, the branch manager of the Tinley Park office has gone out of his way to help rectify some issues we had early in the year. He is responsive and a pleasure to work with.

UPDATE ON MY LAWN Naturescape in Tinley Park has promised to repair the problem with my lawn.There is a new manager at the Tinley Park store. This gentleman (Bill) is a man of his word. (The old school way) He has come to my home to personally do the work. Everyone I talked with in management were very helpful and understanding. As you can see the grass has started to grow. This review is as of 12/4/2022 New as of 4/25/2023 Need more people like Bill the manager of the Tinley Park, Il. store. My lawn is coming back slowly but steady. They are also cutting the grass. New updates coming with pictures As of June 30, 2023 update Naturescape inTinely Park have brought my lawn back to green. Thanks to Bill and his staff I am please with all they do to keep my lawn looking well. They also keep the mosquitoes at bay. Thanks for everything. Zack Ramey
