I’d give zero stars if possible. For the past two years I have called to cancel their service and they keep showing up and leaving a bill on my door. Obviously I won’t pay it and I am about to file charges against this shady company. Guess what, year three and they showed up today and left a bill. I called and left them a nasty voicemail because I am pissed off at this point. This is borderline harassment and they are trespassing since I have cancelled them twice in the past. POS company who doesn’t even know how to manage a lawn or cancel a service. DO NOT send another bill or show up on my property!!!!

Update: 2. Thank you Daryl. He worked with me to get everything done. He kept me informed and did a great job. 1. I appreciate that they responded so quickly, less than 12 hrs, to my review. The concern seems genuine and a solution was offered but has yet to happen. Day 2 Call 2: called again to try and get the issue resolved. The product they put down I’m happy with. Unfortunately, they are not able to follow simple instructions. I’ve asked them to call me the day before they want to come so I can unlock my gates. Tech will call and say they’re on their way and I’ll tell them it’s not going to happen because my gates are locked. I rescheduled for the next day and then they don’t show. Last year they missed an entire treatment that I had already paid for because of this.
