I had a decent experience overall and was happy with the work that the 2-person team did. We asked for a fresh application of mulch and they were not very quick or attentive at responding. The quality of their work was pretty good overall though once they were done, it was evident that they didn’t take much time to clean up.

4 Seasons and Jorge took advantage of my family by failing to service our lawn fully, and letting the brush overgrow while we were out of town. They lied about the great service they were doing and continued to charge for half the job. 4 Seasons took no responsibility and did not settle even when we offered to PAY them to correct their mistakes. Not only that, they have deceptive business practices where they charge before the job is completed, overcharge for services, and then LIE that the customer approved the surcharges. I’ve made complaints with Illinois Secretary of State and they’ve done nothing but ignore the state consumer protection division. I’d take my money elsewhere!

I tried to reach out and book a lawn mowing /spring cleaning with this company and haven’t had any luck are they even in business still? the positive comments must be paid for because my experience isn’t like theirs. I would take my chances with another company over one that doesn’t respond/answer to potential customers . – Aaron

I spoke with Jorge he said he would come see my lawn and give me an estimate then became very unprofessional. he stop responding once he asked for my address it’s been a couple days now and still nothing. If there is anyone above this Jorge guy please retrain and help him gain more customer experience.. he lost my business and my clients that I had arranged for him as well.

Exceptional service! Sent an email inquiring about spring cleaning service and mulch and Jorge responded immediately. He was out the very next day to assess my property and sent me a quote right then. Once I accepted his reasonable pricing, he immediately put me on his books. And within just 4 days his team was at my property to spring clean. He did let me know the day before coming which I appreciated as well. His team did an exceptional job and we are so pleased with how our yard looks. I intend to use this business again. I was blown away and so pleased with the service!
