Never used their service, but someone left me a flyer by pounding several times on my front door and woke my toddler who won’t stop screaming. No reason to make such a loud fuss when leaving a flyer. This might be a silly negative review, but I’m pissed off. May have used their service in the future, but not any more.

I pre paid for the year up front. About 8-9 months later I get a bill for $91.15. They said what I paid didn’t cover the full year. Only covered a certain about of rounds. There is crab grass and weeds in the grass. I am not happy with services received at all. I do not recommend their services. You are wasting your money if you do.

If you all are going to send out the technicians to use a spreader to apply to people’s yard, then equip them with a blower to blow the pellets from the sidewalk. It’s not the technicians fault, it’s the head of the company’s fault for not forward thinking here. ANY packaging for that kind of product will tell you to blow or sweep it off your walkways and sidewalks. AND THEN I requested a morning time block, and here comes trugreen in the middle of the dead heat for the service call. This service, as a whole (thus far) is totally unsatisfactory. I will be cancelling my account. Discount or no discount.

Zazhariah is very professional. He took time to answer all my questions. He always had a smile on his face! He assured me the weeds would soon be gone and that my lawn would look better than ever. However, it’s been almost year and grass looks the same, bare and brown spots and not plush as I thought it should be. But I will give them some more time.
