No response from owner! This is the email and text I sent to owner. Terrible. Killed my whole lawn. Technicians do not know what they are doing. No oversight from owner. Danny, Forevergro, Your team came a few weeks ago and did some sort of application to my grass and it has completely killed the entire lawn of newly planted sod. Attached are pictures of my backyard and also attached is the invoice of the sod that we had planted on 3/28/24. Within 3 days of your treatment on May 17th, our 7 week old sod began to die. (All of the new sod, including the front and backyard). It is clear that either the chemicals, concentration thereof, or both killed the new sod. I know you offered to re-seed in the fall, but we cannot go until the fall without any grass. I know you said you have only lost 2 yards before well, this one is your third! We are now going to have to re-sod the whole back yard at our expense. I’m formally requesting that you do the right thing and reimburse us the cost of our sod that was only 7 weeks old prior to your application. The reimbursement amount I am requesting is $1500.00. My bill from sod was $1714.00 so subtracting the 2 gardenias that he planted. I was also told that you were immediately informed about our concern and pictures have been sent to you and you still, as the owner never came out to see it for yourself. Our back yard is now complete dirt. I will be awaiting your response.

If I can give zero star I will. They didn’t do their service because I checked my camera， and they just left the bill in the mailbox. When I called, the lady just hang up my phone. Poor service and terrible people. Get away from their service!

I was seaeching for a lawn company and initially went with a company that had a lower price. The contact fie Forever consistently called back to check in to say they would like the opportunity to match. This was such exceptional followup that I decided to change company:s because of the customer service and consistency and followup. This was a great start and so far service has been exceptional. As Stephen Xovey says dwgin with the end in mind, sooo this company get a A+….
