What an amazing company that has done an absolutely phenomenal job since 2018! Moving out of state and truly wish I could take them with me. Love the customer service, the quality of work and how amazing my yard looked all these years. Highly highly recommend, truly best in the state of Georgia by far!

I’ve been using Nature’s turf for about 4 years and my grass looks amazing. It was all weeds and very hard grass, four years ago and months into using Nature’s turf it became barefoot soft and green. I wanted Nature’s turf instead of the national brand because my neighbor used a national brand and his grass was dull. They have now switched to Nature’s Turf just because they like how my grass looks.

Nature’s Turf is an awesome company! It’s a family owned business that treats its customers like family. We receive the pest control service and we have not seen any critters since the service began! I love this company. They are very professional and care about the work they are completing for us! 10/10!

I have been a customer for five years and cannot say enough great things about nature’s turf! My grass has been consistently great the entire time and the customer service is fantastic, especially Ruth. Everytime I call, she gives me all the information I need and answers all my questions, including giving me great advice about my lawn. Very glad I chose this company.

1:24 PM (1 minute ago) to info I am extremely disappointed in the service I was (not) given today. I sent in an email about my concerns about my lawn. I was greeted by Ruth who said she needed pictures which I provided on my lunch hour. To my surprise she insisted nothing was wrong with my lawn. All i wanted was a technician to come out and survey the problem, but this was denied. I offered to pay if we needed another treatment. I was not looking for anything free. She continued to want to insinuate that it might be the way the landscaper may be cutting the grass, who by the way recommended Natures Turf. I will inform him of your insinuation. I may add he was the one that said I should contact Natures turf about the lawn, and had the concerns to start with. He has been cutting my lawn for two years and my neighbors and they do not have a problem. Their lawn looks green and lush. I realize I started mid season and was not expecting the lawn top be perfect, what I did expect was some customer service (possibly a technician to take a closer look). As she became more combative I decided to cancel my service. Congratulations, I’m 62 years old and never have I ever responded to a company about bad service, I just forget about it and move on, but this time I will be posting about Ms Ruth and her lack of service. As a two time former business owner, I can tell you that word of mouth is quite damaging

I’ve been using Nature’s Turf for a few years now, and with time, you really see the full picture. I’m extremely pleased with how Nature’s Turf has managed the lawn, trees, and shrubs on my property. Their thoroughness and consistency have been impressive from the start. Sure, nothing is perfect, but they come pretty close, which is why I’ve stayed with them for so long. I’m the kind of customer who remains loyal to brands and companies that deliver outstanding products and services, are consistent, offer excellent customer service, and genuinely take pride in their work. These are the businesses that truly stand out when more people discover them. That’s why I felt compelled to leave this review. They make you feel like a valued customer, embodying the old creed of great customer service.
