Service is good. I will receive a text a few days later letting me know that I need to pay my bill and I can do that by using their site. I use my bank bill pay to pay my bills. So I have to respond to their text every 3 months saying the same thing. I feel like they are trying to get me to use their site to pay my bill. I have never been late paying my bill.

We have been using Turf Masters for several years. They do such a good job. Our Tech (Israel) is always the same and he does an outstanding job. He treats our yard as if it was his own. He is very knowledgeable and is always available for questions we might have. He makes sure we stay weed free!!!

They were great until they sold out to a bigger company from up North. Unfortunately, it’s all about the numbers now and not so much about the customer/customer service. I’ve used them for 8+ years and 4+ years in my current home. Needless to say, my yard has gotten worse over the years and is now diseased. My front yard looks dead and awful. I reached out to customer service and they said the area manager would reach out to me. I called 3x in a 3 week span and they even “escalated it” to the district manager. No call from either. If you want a plush and healthy lawn, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Highly dissatisfied with my lawn.

TurfMasters have proven to provide a service that works as intended. The products used and the services provided allow my lawn, trees and shrubs to look amazing year round. One of the primary reasons we are satisfied is mainly due to our Route Managers Ben and McKenzie. Our technicians are very thorough, courteous and shows that they love making customers homes look amazing. Each visit my technician rings the bell, asks if I have any questions or concerns, explains the treatment for today and advises that he will let me know if he sees any areas of concern. We appreciate the fact that our technicians do a thorough job and they do not leave any areas untreated. Having technicians to display this level of care allows your customers to be completely satisfied and willing to refer your company to anyone needing this service.

Our yard was full of henbit and poa annua grass . Turf Masters was able to get rid of the weeds, save the Bermuda underneath and now our grass is thriving!

Our yard has been weed free for many years thanks to Turf Masters! Highly recommended for their chemical treatments! Giving this a 2 stars only because during an aeration treatment our lawn was damaged by their machines leaving deep ruts in the yard. We were out of town when it happened, and received no notice from the company that they caused damage. After reviewing our security cameras, we had to reach out to the company to complain. They did try to remedy this by running a roller over the lawn but this barely helped. We will have to have our lawn leveled at our expense, unless they see this review to rectify the situation.

They did okay with treating my lawn for weed last year. This led me to prepaying for this year. However so far with this year, my lawn has weed sprouting up so I’m left to treat that for myself. Also I would appreciate if they give a better heads-up before they arrive at my place. Wasn’t too pleased one day when I received a ring at 8 AM.
